Hi, I thought
that you might like to see some of the place of interest
that my mum and I go to, when she has the time!! I have
included everything so that if you fancy it you will
have an idea of the cost.
We visited
Bad Bentheim which is in Germany on Sunday the
23rd of July 2006.
we toured the
castle which was excellent value for money at a cost of
3 Euros for Adults and 2 Euros for children, the tour of
the castle took a few hours and there was much to see,
but you have to be fit there are a lot of stairs there
are also some beautiful gardens.
We ate lunch
in a small hotel restaurant, the cost of lunch was 19
euros, this was for 2 main meals a huge chef salad and
lasagne with little fresh baked pizza dough balls, made
like little breads, 3 Fanta's and the local beer.
Later on in
the day we also had some home made Ice cream to balls of
any flavour, we had citron and strawberry and rum and
raisin and peach.... wonderful combinations... but very
good cost for both 2 Euros
