My room

As you can see from some of the before pictures the room was a mess, the wall in the very first picture was basically painted white but the gaps that you see is were the wallpaper wasn't, they had started to strip the wall and then gave up and then just painted over it.. with again the same white wash as used in Ambers room with actually more on the dark brown carpet than on the walls.

First we had to strip all the walls this was very hard to do with the paint half on the walls and half off them, then I painted the small wall behind the bed with Blackpaint.. then the rest of the walls in an off white colour again to make it light and airy.

We laminated the floor, which took a long time to do as the room is not symmetrical at all and it just through all the pieces out.. but eventually with a lot of cursing we have got it done just need to do around the sides now.

The furniture again from Ikea. the mosquito net is a must they love me and bite me all of the time mostly in my sleep so that come down at night. the bedding is the new range from Ikea and the throw on the bed is black and furry... it comes for a designer bed shop in Enschede original cost 100.00euros  mine for just 25 euros.. Amber actually built all the wardrobes her self from scratch all I did was hand the doors... I love my daughter she is so clever. I made the curtains again the same material from the market wasn't cheap but well worth it.. this room still is not finished we have the edges to do the door to  finish the wooden ceiling to paint this has already had 3 coats.... and also more furniture to add but you can see why I love it...
